Camargue and the Frenchman (June 2014)

After what seemed like a very long journey from Santiago de Compostela I reached my destination. France. Montpellier to be precise. I was met by my dear friend Richard. Santiago de Compostela to Montpellier with a stop off in Barcelona (May 2014)

Having completed the Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain I decided to take up a friend's offer to stay in Camargue, France. Finding my way there at that time of year wasn't as straightforward as I thought but in the end I managed to book a train ticket. I would be travelling over land. I love train travel! Camino de Santiago (April/May 2014)

In April 2014 a friend and I set off on a pilgrimage. It's a well travelled route to say the least! We walked the 700 or so kilometers from Pamplona to Santiago de Compostela.
