August 2017: Seville, Wing and Barford St Michael

And so it was we ended up crossing the border into Spain and on to Seville. It was surprisingly easy to find accommodation here, but hot doesn't even begin to describe the temperatures! Santiago de Compostela to Montpellier with a stop off in Barcelona (May 2014)

Having completed the Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain I decided to take up a friend's offer to stay in Camargue, France. Finding my way there at that time of year wasn't as straightforward as I thought but in the end I managed to book a train ticket. I would be travelling over land. I love train travel! Camino de Santiago (April/May 2014)

In April 2014 a friend and I set off on a pilgrimage. It's a well travelled route to say the least! We walked the 700 or so kilometers from Pamplona to Santiago de Compostela.
