USA Week 7: 24.12.2012 - 30.12.2012 Monday:- Christmas Eve!! Today couldn't be more different to yesterday. It was beautiful - the sun was shining and it was warm in the sheltered areas. USA Week 6: 17.12.2012 - 23.12.2012 Monday:- Prep day. Only a few days left in Virginia. Time to decide what to take with me for the rest of my travels and what to leave at Tammy's. Laundry and general readiness required. I cooked dinner, which I have to say was a rare event. Noodle soup with some of the fabulous steak left-overs. Not too shabby! USA Week 5: 10.12.2012 - 16.12.2012 Monday:- Up not particularly early. Didn't need to leave for the airport until 11:30 - I think I can be ready by then! Brekkie, packing and then run. Packing was interesting. I was flying with Spirit Airlines - a bit like easy jet. The fares are low, low, low until you start adding extra luxuries like having a seat and baggage. USA Week 4: 03.12.2012 - 09.12.2012 Monday:- We had eaten so well over the past few days - today was pay back. We were up early for a morning run along the bay to the battery and back, past a ma-husive cruise ship which had just parked up along the dock.    OK, so we had a big breakfast back at the hotel. USA Week 3: 26.11.2012 - 02.12.2012 Monday:- Today was the day for repaying Tammy's generous hospitality - washing, a little ironing, pushing the mahusive vacuum cleaner around, and general cleaning. Job done - sorted! I also attempted to introduce Tammy to Toad-in-the-Hole. Finding only cornmeal I used that.
